Nordre Aker a borough of the city of Oslo, Norway. It is located north of the city center, and includes the neighborhoods of Ullern, Vestre Aker, Frogner, Majorstuen, St. Hanshaugen, and Torshov. Nordre Aker was established as a borough on January 1, 2004, following the merger of the former boroughs of Ullern, Vestre Aker, and Frogner. Nordre Aker has a population of 53,109 as of January 1, 2022.
